Tom Beardshaw | Executive Coach, Neurodiversity Coach & Leadership Support

I’m an executive coach based in Barcelona, working with founders, creatives and neurodivergent professionals navigating complexity, pressure and change.

I bring together professional coaching, systemic thinking, entrepreneurial experience, understanding of neurodivergence and more than a decade supporting people through leadership challenges, burnout risk, identity shifts and demanding working lives.

My clients carry significant responsibility and cognitive load, often while trying to sustain performance, relationships and a sense of self within environments that move faster than human beings were designed for.

I combine strategic thinking, deep listening and practical support: helping people think clearly, communicate effectively, and work sustainably under pressure

Experience & Perspective

I trained as an Executive Coach in London in 2014, later developing a focus in Neurodiversity Coaching with continued work with leadership, communication, burnout risk and sustainable performance.

Alongside private clients I’ve coached professionals working across financial services, legal, media, tech and the creative industries.

My academic background includes Social Anthropology, Ethics and postgraduate study in Neurodiversity Coaching, which shapes how I think about people, systems, communication and organisational life.

I’m interested in how capable people sustain clarity, effectiveness and wellbeing under pressure, complexity, cognitive difference and changing expectations.

My perspective’s shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience of entrepreneurship, reinvention, burnout, recovery and neurodivergence.

The result is coaching that’s practical enough for leadership challenge and decision-making, while able to hold complexity, identity shift and meaningful change.

I’m an accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, and have been a member since 2015.

Beyond Coaching

Outside coaching, photography is an important creative practice for me. It keeps me observant of the complexity of human experience, which also shapes how I work as a coach.

My work includes Fine Art Street Photography, Performance and Portraiture. I live and work in Barcelona and internationally and speak English and Spanish.
