About Tom
I’m an executive coach based in Barcelona, working with founders, leaders, creatives and neurodivergent professionals navigating complexity, pressure and change.
My work brings together professional coaching, systemic thinking, entrepreneurial experience, an informed understanding of neurodivergence and more than a decade supporting people through leadership challenges, burnout risk, identity shifts and demanding working lives.
I work with people who carry significant responsibility and cognitive load, often while trying to sustain performance, relationships and a sense of self within environments that move faster than human beings were designed for.
My coaching combines strategic thinking, deep listening and practical structure: helping people think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and work more sustainably under pressure.
Experience & Perspective
I originally trained as an Executive Coach in London in 2014, later developing a specialist focus in Neurodiversity Coaching alongside continued work with leadership, communication, burnout risk and sustainable performance.
Alongside private clients and entrepreneurial work, I’ve coached professionals working across financial services, legal, media, technology and creative industries, including people from organisations such as HSBC, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Schroders, The Telegraph and A&O Shearman.
My academic background includes Social Anthropology, Ethics and postgraduate study in Neurodiversity Coaching, which continues to shape how I think about people, systems, communication and organisational life.
I’m particularly interested in how capable people sustain clarity, effectiveness and wellbeing under pressure, complexity, cognitive difference and changing expectations.
This perspective is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience of entrepreneurship, reinvention, burnout, recovery and neurodivergence.
The result is coaching that combines structure, strategic thinking and reflective depth: practical enough for leadership and decision-making, while able to hold complexity, identity and meaningful change.
I’m an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, a member since 2015, and hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching alongside additional training in Trauma-Aware Coaching.
Beyond Coaching
Outside my coaching work, photography is an important creative practice for me. It keeps me close to observation, attention and the complexity of human experience.
I’m based in Barcelona and work internationally online and in person in English and Spanish.
