What Working With Me Is Like
Coaching with me is a space to slow things down, untangle complex realities, and think clearly again. A space to step back from pressures, reconnect with your judgement, and work out what sustainable performance looks like for you.
Some sessions are reflective, some are practical, and some are shaped around what matters most in the moment. Together we notice and untangle the patterns, pressures, relationships, and systems shaping your work and life, staying grounded in the realities of leadership, communication, decision-making, and day-to-day functioning.
Other sessions can be spacious, exploratory or focused, strategic, and action-oriented. We work with direction and desired outcomes, while recognising that clarity often emerges through the process itself.
Often the work makes sense of things by reducing friction and overload, and finding ways forward that align with who you are and how you function best.
My work is collaborative rather than prescriptive, grounded enough to hold competing demands, and open enough for what unfolds.
How coaching usually works
We begin with a free discovery call to explore what's brought you here, what you'd like to change, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
Most sessions are 90 minutes and take place online though in-person sessions are available in Barcelona. Some clients work with me every two weeks, others monthly, and some choose a more flexible rhythm to fit what they're navigating.
After an agreed number of sessions, we review progress and decide together whether continuing feels useful.
Fees
Individual 90 minute coaching sessions are โฌ200 each. We begin with a free discovery call to explore whatโs happening and whether working together feels like a good fit. If longer-term support is needed, we can discuss coaching programmes during that conversation.

My work integrates multiple approaches depending on the person, situation, and goals involved. Rather than applying fixed methods, I adapt to help people think more clearly, reduce unnecessary friction, and find more sustainable ways of working, leading, and living.
A core part of my approach is making space for people to think openly without feeling judged, rushed, or pushed toward answers that donโt fit. The work often involves untangling patterns that have become normal under pressure and helping different possibilities become visible.

My background includes entrepreneurship, creativity, burnout, and years coaching founders, leaders, creatives, and neurodivergent professionals through pressure, transitions, and demanding working lives. Those experiences shape how I coach: with empathy, honesty, and respect for the realities that people carry.
