Iโ€™m an executive coach based in Barcelona, working with founders, leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs and neurodivergent professionals navigating complexity, pressure and change.

My work is shaped by lived experience of entrepreneurship, neurodivergence, burnout and high cognitive demand, alongside more than a decade supporting professionals through leadership challenges, career transitions and sustainable performance.

Originally trained as an executive coach in London, Iโ€™ve worked with clients across financial services, legal, media and entrepreneurial environments, including people from organisations such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and A&O Shearman.

With backgrounds in anthropology, ethics and neurodiversity-informed coaching, I bring a systemic and human lens to how people work, communicate, lead and sustain themselves under pressure.

I work internationally online and in person in Barcelona, in English and Spanish.
